Education Law

In education law, our Firm deals with issues arising from the legal-obligatory relationship established between Higher Education Institutions and their students (tuition fee increases, transfers, rights and duties), and issues arising from their relationship with public authorities, notably with the Ministry of Education (accreditation and re-accreditation, authorization, recognition and renewal of recognition of Higher Courses).
