Labor Law

The Firm offers comprehensive legal advice, including the preparation of opinions, assistance in negotiations for the conclusion of conventions and collective agreements, administrative defenses against charges made by public agencies, regional professional boards and associations, defense against charges made by the Public Ministry of Labor, assistance in admission to employment and termination of employment contracts, in addition to the preparation of the relevant legal instruments. In addition, our Firm also operates in the various jurisdictions of the Labor Court, providing advice and monitoring cases filed in Labor Courts, Regional Courts and Higher Courts. With extensive experience and expertise, we work in various types of litigation, notably bank employees’ rights, lawsuits for damage, work-related accidents, individual and collective labor disputes.
