Leonardo Moraes has great experience in several branches of administrative law, especially in administrative bids and contracts, sanctioning administrative law and public officials. During his professional and teaching career, Mr. Moraes has also acquired expertise in concessions, permissions, authorizations and public-private partnerships, in addition to working with strategic litigation.
