The BORNHAUSEN & ZIMMER law firm was founded in 1999, in Brasília/DF, based on the expertise of the two partners Rafael Barreto Bornhausen and Lauro Cavallazzi Zimmer, to serve the needs of clients in matters involving administrative and tax law.

Article 18 of the General Data Protection Law establishes that the subject of personal data may request, at any time, the following procedures:

CORRECTION of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
ANONYMIZATION, BLOCKING or DELETION of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in breach of the General Data Protection Law;

Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except in cases of compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller and study by a research body, but ensuring the anonymization of personal data whenever possible;
