In the field of real estate business, our Firm is aligned with the demands of the various actors in civil construction, through complete legal advice in residential developments, subdivisions, regularization of property and real estate disputes. Among the advisory services provided, the Firm monitored the construction of an important shopping mall in the city of Florianópolis, from design to request and grant of municipal and environmental licenses, as well as legal disputes with another enterprise of the same nature, which required the suspension of the preliminary injunction that established the closure of the site. Likewise, the Firm provided comprehensive assistance in contractual execution with shopkeepers, suppliers, service providers, insurance companies, event planners and other relationships maintained by the mall.
