Rafael Barreto Bornhausen
Rafael Barreto Bornhausen, founding partner of the firm, has solid experience in administrative law and tax litigation. He has worked in Brasília, São Paulo and Florianópolis. During his professional career, Mr. Bornhausen has worked on iconic cases in Brazilian public law, for example, the first highway concessions in the 1990s. Additionally, he shares his time between law practice and his business activities; as a result, he has a pragmatic view of the legal problems faced by the firm’s clients.
