In corporate matters, our Firm prepares documents such as shareholders’ agreements, governance rules, shareholders’ decisions, as well as articles of incorporation of companies since their foundation, for the purpose of approval by all the necessary authorities. Likewise, the Firm works in mergers and acquisitions, memoranda of understanding, total and partial sales, and conversion of a private limited company into a public limited company, while protecting the interests of clients, whether as buyers or sellers in the business.
